Dolan Hornbeck Founder, Manager, Coach, Personal Trainer, Pastor

Started his personal training career at the YMCA at the age of 19. His personal training career grew quickly because many people started to see quick results. His first client lost over 70lbs. 17 years later Dolan still continues to see how training transforms people in a drastic way both physically, emotionally, and mentally. He is well-versed in powerlifting, bodybuilding, sport-specific training, and Crossfit. He earned his undergraduate in health and human performance from MSU-Billings. He loves what he does but there is one thing that he loves greater and that is seeing an everlasting transformation that occurs when people receive Jesus.
Dolan is a blessed with a wonderful wife who literally takes care of everything. His two girls Havily & Natalie are of great pride to him as well.
He truly hopes that by opening Telos Fitness he can magnify and multiply what he has learned from his schooling and experience to transform many more lives.

Michelle HornbeckCo-Founder, Coach

I grew up in Billings and was blessed to start competitive sports in 5th grade and played basketball 6 seasons and volleyball 8. I wasn’t a natural at either sport, but I played long enough that the movements started to stick. I coached volleyball 5 seasons. I loved coaching and was sad when I could no longer devote the time to doing it. Sports is also what introduced me to Dolan who is the love of my life and my partner in everything. Dolan was the trainer for my team’s sports conditioning the summer before my senior year. I fell in love with working out hard and lifting weights and later the man who worked out hard and lifted heavy weights. Dolan and I have been married 9 years and now have two wonderful little girls. With both of those pregnancies, I made it a goal to stay in the gym, and it paid off as I was able to bounce back from the births of both. I have also experienced the emotional benefits that come from staying active. Fitness has been a major part of my life and, like my faith, has been an anchor amidst life changes. It helps that I have basically had a personal trainer to help me meet each new phase of life and create the workouts to accomplish my goals. I became a Crossfit Level 1 trainer in 2016 so I could once again coach people which I had loved and be better equipped to teach them proper movements so they too could experience the benefits of fitness. My favorite part about Crossfit is that it works for people like me who take years to master a movement (no jumping into a Zumba class for this girl), it challenges people of any fitness level, and it brings back that team aspect that I loved where you sweat and work alongside people and cheer them on.

Joel Bath Coach, Personal trainer, Music Pastor

Hi! One of the first things you should know about me is that I am a husband to an amazing woman and a father to 3 beautiful girls. Yes, there is a lot of “pink” in my home, and I love it! Aside from my family, two passions I have are fitness and ministry. Growing up I wanted to be involved in as many sports as I could. Working out, staying fit, and encouraging others to do the same has always been fulfilling for me. In the recent years I have become much more serious about doing this long term and am hoping to be an influential trainer both in and out of the gym. For my ministry background, I was a part of a missions organization for 5 years called YWAM (Youth With A Mission). With them, I had the opportunity to travel and lead various teams to 14 different countries to serve. I have worked as an associate pastor for 4 years in the local church setting as well as served in the music department and community group development. For the past few years I have had a desire to somehow combine both of my passions for fitness and different ministry opportunities. When I met with Dolan, and he shared about Telos I couldn’t believe how similar both of our passions were. I was hooked! Knowing that Telos was going to function as a gym and as a church I knew I had to be apart of it. I’m so excited for this next season as I get involved with Telos and watch it grow.

Seth Wildung  Coach

I grew up in a very small town, Stanford, MT, where the only thing to do is be active and do sports. Naturally I was always playing basketball, football, baseball or whatever else was in season, my whole life. My competitiveness and drive gave me an opportunity to play collegiate football. After 5 years of having a blast playing football and having a successful career I decided to join the working world. Fast forward, and here I am in Billings, MT working as an Insurance Agent/Producer for Roger L. Daniel Insurance Agency. I met the love of my life and married my BEAUTIFUL wife Autumn. We are blessed with one daughter named Amery so far. I love my family; they are the reason I choose to be healthy and continue to pursue an active life style. My wife would tell you that I have too many hobbies: basketball, softball, golf, fishing, hunting etc. Working out at the gym has made it easy to do all the things that I love. Five years ago I decided to research different workout methods, and I ran into Crossfit. I loved the fact that you had to compete to be competitive, so I was hooked from the start. The best part about Crossfit is the fact that you are training for every day life. Whether I am hiking in woods or shooting a jump shot I know my body will be able to handle these movements because of the training I have put in. I am blessed to be a part of Telos and be able to coach individuals that want to be part of the Telos family.

Sam Harris  Coach

I was born and raised in Billings, MT. I have four amazing kids who are my reason for being pushed to be the best possible version of myself. I started my fitness journey in June 2015 when I met Dolan Hornbeck after a knee injury. I was 130 pounds overweight and wasn’t sure where my life was headed. My journey through fitness and becoming a Crossfit coach changed my life. I lost over a 100 pounds and decided that helping people change their lives the same way an amazing trainer changed mine was what I wanted to do. I absolutely love working out and coaching. I feel because of my own story I can help people realize that anybody can do this no matter the fitness level. Knowing how much this can change lives is the best part of this journey.

Jessica Welch Personal Trainer

Jessica grew up in Missoula, Montana, and has lived in other places, but will always call Montana home.  She married her best friend, Eddy in 2010 and they have lived in Billings since.  Staying strong and fit is important so she can keep up with her two very active boys, Elijah & Liam.  Jessica has always enjoyed working out and hopes to be able to train with those who might feel intimidated by the gym.   Personal training is a passion of hers because she loves building relationships with people and being a part of their transformations, inside and out.  When not at the gym or enjoying her roles as wife and mom, Jessica enjoys serving at her church, singing and playing music, and graphic design.  She looks forward to furthering her strength and pushing herself to do new things, while encouraging others to do the same.

Morgan Williams Coach

Morgan joined the coaching staff at Telos in May of 2017 after having worked on political campaigns.
